Before reading this, you should familiarise yourself with the Basic Combat Rules.

All of the following actions take up one standard action during your turn.

  • Bunking: Bunking is assumed to take a full turn, especially if the bunk requires a roll. The maximum difficulty reduction for including a bunk in the initial cantrip action is -1. Prebunking is possible but requires a +note with the bunk.
  • Cantrip casting: Casting a Cantrip is a full turn action.
  • Diversion: A character may attempt to distract an opponent, opening him up to attacks from allies. To do this, roll <the best of Charisma and Manipulation> + Subterfuge resisted by Wits + Alertness. This is a social combat attack so the defender wins. But if the social attack is successful, all defensive actions the target takes for the next turn are at +2 difficulty.
  • Tactics: A character may issue tactical commands to make your team fight more efficiently. With an Intelligence + Leadership roll, for every success you may offer one ally a -1 difficulty to their next roll. Nobody can benefit from more than one leadership bonus.
