Tobias Quinn, or Toby to those that know him, has spent the past couple of decades cultivating a career in the music industry. A famous pop/country music singer, he's made his mark throughout the world and has taken to semi-retirement, which involved him moving to Los Angeles.
A well known Community Center/Music Studio, Sapphire Studio's, encountered some financial troubles when one of their main investors pulled out and Tobias swooped in and scooped it up, purchasing the entirety of the business. Now, the studio holds a record label and is capable of producing and selling music under their own brand.
