Born and raised in San Francisco, Leila's family owns and operates a real estate agency, dealing in higher end properties. With two older brother's already working for the family business, it was expected that Leila would join after graduating high school, as well. At first, it wasn't the plan, until she realized that it would give her the freedom to do other things, as well.
A year or so after graduating high school, a bank robbery gone bad changed her life fairly drastically. She Awakened and if it hadn't been for her mentor, she would have been extremely lost. She hadn't known about the supernatural before that event took place. Everything that happened afterwards opened her eyes to a world that she didn't even think was possible, but also showed her how many more possibilities there were, as well.
