Biography
Minerva Michaelson is the daughter of a professor of History and a Montessori teacher, and turned out exactly the way you would expect, but even moreso. Obsessed since youth with stories of all kinds, from folklore and myth to mysteries and the macabre, graduated with a bachelor's in World Folklore and then made her way out to Los Angeles looking to grow her audience and maybe break in to writing for film and television.
Like many plans, it did not quite survive on impact with reality.
A little over a year since coming to town, Minerva now owns Club Dantes, popular goth/metal/fetish club by night... and during the day the site for Il Paradiso, a charity nonprofit serving the Hollywood/Melrose community. But she's not entirely out of the media game. She writes and consults for Bad Wolf Media, and rumor has it that she has a financial interest in and frequent meetings at Mint Studios.

Some things have happened since Minerva came to town. After a series of chaotic events (getting shot, getting dumped, unexpectedly becoming the owner of a nightclub), the most chaotic thing of all happened.
Minerva Awakened.
She is now Minerva Michaelson, Sahajiya, Joybringer.
Supernatural RP-Hooks!
- Ascension Lodge: Both of the chantries Minerva had been a member of, Virgens and Vanguard, have been disbanded and scattered to the winds. But she has plans, maybe for something new, maybe for something reborn. In the meantime, she is a member in good standing at Ascension Lodge and is on the Lodge Council.
- Dantes: It's common knowledge among the night folk that Dantes was owned by the vampire Ezekiel White. He's gone, and Minerva's in charge. Whether you know she's a mage or not, this is certainly a quandary.
- Anyone, anywhere, anytime: NO, it's not what you're thinking, even if she is a Sahajiya (previously known as the Cult of Ecstasy). Minerva is still the same curious girl she was, now with a heaping side order of wanting to be as much help as she can. So reaching out to her is likely to get a positive result. Also, Time and Correspondence are her primary spheres.

Club Owner: Minerva owns Club Dantes, having taken over ownership a year ago.
Better To Give: During the day, the charitable non-profit Il Paradiso is run out of the Dante's building, providing access to social services, counseling, health services, community space, and varying kinds of food depending on what has been donated that day.
Job Creator: Do you need a job, or a steady place to volunteer? Minerva is always hiring at both Dantes and Il Paradiso. Film folks can hit her up about getting work through the studio as well!
