Appearances
Short, neon, and fierce (possibly feral). October is 5'1" - compact, lithe, but not altogether gaunt or underfed. There's some definition to her, as well, implying something in the way of an athletic background (whether cardio-focused or otherwise) to counteract a possible college diet, given the appearance of her youthful age (early twenties). There's often a restless energy to her, that has her swiveling her head to keep track of her surroundings when still. This energy is reflected in her rotating collection of neon hair colours (currently, a brilliant red that evokes street lights and cardinals); hair that's presently styled into an undercut, with the right side shaved down to her dark roots.
She has a pale pallor to her, by seeming default. It's a point that's accentuated by her smoky eyeshadow and the mid-tone cherry red lipstick she's wearing. The former frames her verdant green eyes, evoking wild shades like pine and chartreuse that border upon predatory. Her range of piercings generally fit into an overall punk or alt aesthetic (at the moment, her right nostril and the ridge of her right ear are pierced with some black-plated stainless steel hoops).
Overall, she has a cute, youthful face and a minute frame that appropriately garner her status as 'adorable', 'pretty', or both. While a few decades ago her choice of style might have counteracted this perception of these traits, only the truly elderly or culturally conservative tend to hold these opinions today.
Her attire is primarily made up of streetwear, sportswear, and mechanics workwear, or combinations of all three. Carhartt canvas pants and a work jacket are just as likely as a racerback tank top and some torn jeans. But there tends to be a dated hint of nineties skater, grunge, or post-punk style to her outfits, whatever she chooses to wear.
- Dives: October tends to find herself in some gnarly venues. This isn't to say these are the only places she frequents, just that they're more frequent in her rotation than others.
- Driving: If she's not driving for work, she's driving for pleasure. She can just write the effort off as 'practice'. But practice is more like sliding through the odd intersection when the rare rainfall turns the oil and dust on the street into something slick.
- Gearhead: October's very interested in automotive hardware. Maybe even obsessed. An unreasonable amount of her budget is allocated toward her wheels.
- Wilds: Within and without. She doesn't range too far from city limits, but there's something about the parks that seems to call to her.
