A stereotypical gangster in appearance and demeanor, Vico acts loudmouthed, brash, and crass, his head still attached to his body due to his absolute, total loyalty to anyone he calls "boss" or "brother", the title of "brother" being something one can gain instantly upon the slightest display of kindness or altruism.
