The Pack
Formed in the spring of 2022 by a group of Bone Gnawers in order to reinforce the underground mini-city of Down Town in the inner bawn of the Smiling Angel, as well as to improve the sept's presence and credibility on the street level, Waste Management has made it a point to build inroads in the notoriously close-knit community of kinfolk that pervade the tunnels and Skid Row above, hoping to re-establish better relations between them and the garou of the sept. Their primary weapons are surprise and ruthless efficiency. Led by engineering genius Matt Trakker and his team off professional drivers in their transforming vehicles, they have vanished into the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and, if you can find them... Maybe you can hire Waste Management.
