Background
There's little unique about her. She blew into town one day and hasn't left yet. She's a nobody in a city of somebodies right now and seems comfortable with it.
She tends to hang out in Skid Row or at the USC campus, hanging with people her age and keeping her cards close to her chest. Kind of looks like a bit of a bitch.

The Cleric: "That's Binds-the-Blue-Sky. I've heard she's been talking to spirits a lot recently 'round here; hopefully, that's a good thing. When she's around, she's doing *something* or another, like she doesn't understand the concept of relaxing and taking things slow."
