Biography

Born in Sawtelle and grown up in the Little Osaka area of it, Riko never knew her mother as she died during childbirth. Her father was at work constantly to try to get her all the needed amenities. So as a result, she spent most of her afternoons in school clubs. In her Junior year, she had some trouble, but still finished with a High School Diploma.

All that is left of her family on her mother's side is an old flag, folded into a triangle and a purple heart from the second world war and a photo from about 1940 showing a happily married couple in front of a street in Little Tokyo.
