Background
Alexandro Lopezwas born during the 1960s to wealthy Spanish Americans who came West in search of even greater fortune. Being Roman Catholic, he lived a relatively pious life, avoiding the sins of flesh or spirit that burdened so many of LA's finest. His father, a local doctor with a clinic, instilled in him the virtues of study and mental discipline that saw him successfully attend UCLA.
* 1980s - There, he studied History and Anthropology but, owing to an car accident, he was required to repeat some of his courses. In order to avoid extending his college time, therefore the exorbitant cost it put on his family, he took night courses to make up the missing classes and exams. It was here, during his anthropological studies into the occult, that he came into contact with Clan Tremere. A ghoul, specifically tasked with cataloguing students with suitable mindsets and mental acuity, brought Alejandro to the attention of his sire.
* 1990s - He was Embraced after ten years of study and preparation and adjusted well to his Unlife. He's not just an ardent supporter of the Camarilla, he genuinely believes in it. People cannot be trusted. Vampires cannot be trusted. Someone needs to keep order and the Camarilla are really good at it, in no small part thanks to Clan Tremere. He was presented to Court in a completely unremarkable fashion on April 17th 1995 and then, essentially, dissappeared into the Chantry.
Between 2000 and 2021 Lopez is seldom seen out of the Chantry, save when he is bringing Anarch Tremere who had been lead astray by philosophical errors back into the welcome arms of the Pyramid.[1] The Tremere Gardner is still reachable for meetings but he's very busy, when he's not Gardening he has Tremere business to attend. His meticulous attention to detail in this responsibility, sees him rise in the standing of the Clan.
2021 Sees him return to Court presence. He has been seen twice at the Elysium, both times on official Clan business. The rest of the time he acts as Strauss' Whip. Inasmuch as Alejandro has value to Strauss, it's because Alejandro is the most efficient instrument and then one requiring least micro-management. And what's more, Alejandro knows this.

The Traditions
I: The Masquerade
Thou sahall not reveal thy true nature to those not of the Blood, doing so shall renounce thy claims of Blood
Of all of the traditions, this is the one Alejandro takes most seriously. While he is not old enough, by far, to remember the Inquisition; as a member of the Pyramid he was endlessly lectured on its legacy. Ghouls are of the blood, but only tennuously. An Enlightened ghoul is a threat to the Tradition, not an outright violation of it. But if the ghoul breaks the Tradition, so too does the Domitor. Be very very aware of this.
The other Creatures of the Night (Lupines, Wizards, The Gentry) are not of the Blood.
II : Domain
Thy domain is thine own concern, all others owe thee respect while in it. None may challenge thy word while in thy Domain
If the Masquerade is the most serious, Domain is the most far reaching. All Domains in a Praxis belong to the Prince or owe fealty to the Prince. Alejandro will defer to the Domain holder unless a Tradition has been violated in which case he will contact the Prince for clarification.
It should also be noted that any breach of any other Tradition can also be considered a breach of Domain. Breach of Elysium, while not implicitly a breach of the Traditions, may be considered a breach of Domain.
III : Progeny
Thou shall only Sire another with the permission of thine Elder. If thou createst another without thine Elder's leave, both thou and thy Progeny shall be slain.
This is an ambiguous one. A Primogen is an Elder, surely? The Prince definitely. The Baron of an Anarch territory definitely. What is an Elder? Who is an Elder? Alejandro's view on it is difficult to pin down and would require discussion. If asked, he would probably just repeat the tradition and look at you like you were an idiot.
IV : Accounting
Those thou create are thine own children. Until thy Progeny be Released, thou shall command them in all things. Their sins are thine to endure.
This one is straight forward on first glance. But there are some edge cases. For the most part, you probably can intuit Alejandro's view on this. If your kid fucks up, I'm coming to you for answers.
V : Hospitality
Honor one another's domain. When thou comest to a foreign city, thou shall present thyself to the one who ruleth there. Without the word fo acceptance, thou art nothing.
This is probably the most misunderstood Tradition. People think that saying "Hi, my name is bob, I am not a sabbat" is sufficient to fulfil this Tradition. It is not. You are nothing until the Prince affords you their permission to stay in a city. If I render you torpid for refusing to provide your Clan, I have broken no tradition. I am the Sheriff. I will enforce the Traditions. And refusing to present me with your Clan is just going to infuriate me, in large part because you are breaching this Tradition.
VI: Destruction
Thou art forbiden to destroy another of thy kind. The right of destruction belongeth only to thine Elder. Only the Eldest among thee shall call the Blood Hunt
The Sabbat have all been declared subject to Lex Talionis. Other than that: don't do it.
Thin Bloods and Caitiff
There is a misconception that so-called "thin bloods" are on the black list. They are not. Thin bloods don't exist. Generation is fluid to Clan Tremere, he is not going to kill someone because their generation is below some arbitrary line. The Prince doesn't command it. If Alejandro hears that Kindred are being hassled because they are thin-bloods or caitiff (a word he finds quite distasteful, preferring 'clanless'), he will likely have a Thing Or Two to say.
Contacts
This is a work in progress.
The Tower
Crawley - He is the single most competent Kindred I have come across outside of the Chantry. If only we'd Embraced him, what a Tremere he would have made.
Quote: "Being an asshole is not a violation of the Traditions"
Elizabeth - You don't know which Elizabeth you're getting, all of them are worth having at your back.
Shelly - My favourite Lunatic.
Summer - Finally, a Prince who lasts more than five minutes and is actually competent. So glad I put my weight behind her, or Strauss would have never let me forget it.
The Chantry
Artemis - Watch this one, they're going places. I just have to make sure they're the *right* places.
Avery - The library has only flourished under her care.
Lila - If she can find a place in the Chantry, we will all be the better for it.
Lydon - His tongue is the only thing sharper than his mind. Watch him carefully.
